    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Since 2 weeks already I cannot send nor receive any mails on my blackberry curve 8520. There is a problem with my username.The Blackberry site advice me to contact my provider, Toledo, and ask for a new username. I have been trying to do this for the last 2 weeks. Toledo operators had promised to call me back with an answer several times with no result. I had to call back several times myself. Sometimes I couldn’t even get somebody on the line. Today, at 9 am, I have spoken to Jonathan -I don’t know his family name because he didn’t want to give it to me. I explained my problem once more. After a long time waiting he came back with the answer that for a new username I have to go to Toledo office in Brussels. I cannot go to Brussels, so I asked for another solution. Jonathan kept on saying the same thing, “you have to come to Brussels”, without even trying to help me in any other way. I cannot understand how you can’t help a client via the phone. If your client is abroad, on business, and rely on his mails to be able to work, has this client to come back and go to Toledo office in Brussels? This is an impossible situation.
    If this is the way you help your clients it is by far the worst help I have ever had.
